Fireworks Deviled Eggs!
6 eggs, boiled
3 T. mayonnaise
1½ tsp. sugar
1½ tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp vinegar
1-2 T. Candied Jalapeños, diced
Peel and cut eggs length wise and remove yolks.In small bowl mash yolks with remaining ingredients except chopped Candied Jalapeños. Spoon Candied Jalapeños into each egg white half. Spoon yolk mixture on top to cover. Sprinkle a small of amount of paprika on top of each egg. Followed by a little finely chopped green onion, red onion and red bell peppers.
If you prefer you can put chopped Candied Jalapeños on top, but we like it between the white and yolk mixture for a surprise burst of flavor. Explosions in your mouth!!!
