You’ve got to try out this new recipe we came up with last night for dinner! We had it over roasted cauliflower and it was delicious!
Creamy Jalapeño Sauce
2 Tbl. butter
2 C. 2% milk (really rich you can use cream)
2 Tbl. Candied Jalapeños, chopped
2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
salt & pepper to taste
In skillet melt butter, stir in flour and then slowly add milk, when it is smooth and creamy add Candied Jalapeños. Pour sauce over roasted vegetables and then add crumbled bacon over the top!
